Health and Safety

SRS has good knowledge of health and safety regulations and takes this very seriously.  We have completed many installer courses and have all the relevant paper work to satisfy MCS subcontractor requirements.

  • We produce site-specific risk assessments and method statements as well as our health and safety policy.
  • We attend industry specific health and safety conferences and trade shows to keep us up to date on current legislation.

  • Tele-handler CPCS
  • Forklift CPCS
  • Mansafe system training

  • Lanyard training
  • CDM coordinator under CDM 2007
  • All staff have CSCS cards
  • All staff are CRB checked
  • 3 day first aid at work course
  • Training course's from almost all the major mounting kit companies
  • Level 3 certificate in the requirement for electrical installations BS7671 2008
  • Certificate in installing and testing domestic PV system- Centre for Alternative Technology
  • Level 3 certificate of inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations 500/3517/4
  • Training with almost all the major inverter companies
  • Alwitra (Single Ply roofing membrane) approved installer
